62 year old Action star Dolph Lundgren has been trolled on social media after announcing his engagement to 24-year-old personal trainer Emma Krokdal.
The 62-year-old Rocky IV star shared the happy news on Instagram on June 17, posting a photo of the happy couple with the caption, "Something very special happened here in Sweden. D❤️E."
The bride-to-be also shared photos of the proposal on her Instagram, writing, "Pinch me❤️" alongside the pics.
But along with the many congratulatory wishes were also comments likening the Norwegian PT to Lundgren's eldest daughter, Ida, who is also 24.
"You married your daughter?" teased one, while another wrote, "Congratulations on your daughter's engagement."
But it was all love from the actor's Rocky IV co-star Sylvester Stallone, who wished the actor well on Instagram.
"Congratulations my good friend. You're the best," wrote 73-year-old Stallone
Lundgren, who recently played Amber Heard's onscreen father in the blockbuster Aquaman, first went public with his relationship with Krokdal in January when they walked the red carpet at the Cana Dorada Film & Music Festival in the Dominican Republic.
Krokdal posted a photo of the pair at the event, simply captioning the happy snap with a love heart emoji.
Back in November, Lundgren, who played Captain Ivan Drago in Rocky IV, shared his take on older men in Hollywood, such as Dennis Quiad and Peter Cook, dating younger women.
"It isn't about age, it is about personality… about people getting along," Lundgren told TMZ. "They have their own outlook on life… age doesn't matter. It is just a number, like they say."
